L’Orologio Hotel Trilogy
I have recently returned from the Kirker fam-trip itinerary in Italy, immersing myself in the rich culture of Rome, Florence and Venice, with a delightful overnight stay in each city.
The simply stunning L’Orologio Hotels draw inspiration from the owner’s extensive watch collection, which spans over 2000 timepieces.
In Rome, the hotel’s terrace on the fifth floor offers an unforgettable view of the Pantheon, the domes of Rome and its rooftops – the ideal opening and closing of a day dedicated to discovering the ancient city.
On the panoramic terrace, I enjoyed breakfast in the morning and returned later that evening when the space was transformed into the hotel’s exclusive Santa Club Cocktail Bar.
The next morning, I had the pleasure of experiencing the comfort of The Italo Club Lounge at Rome train station. These exclusive areas offer a haven where you can unwind, ensuring your privacy and security as you await your train.
The journey from Rome to Florence was less than two hours. Out of all the destinations I’ve visited in Italy, Florence stands out as one of the prettiest. The Duomo is a sight to behold – truly breathtaking.
We conducted a site visit at the glorious Helvetia & Bristol Firenze. It was enlightening to learn about how the hotel is divided into two, with half the rooms boasting a modern, contemporary design, and the other half an older, more Renaissance style. A fantastic choice depending on what clients are seeking.
To conclude, this incredible journey through some of Italy’s most iconic cities, what better way than to transfer back to the airport on a speedboat. It was a thrilling and unforgettable way to bid farewell to the city of Venice.
